Spring Hockey Development Program

YOUR Renegades are excited to launch the 2026 Spring Program, designed to provide consistent, high-level development and game experience for players preparing for the next stage of their hockey journey.

Running from April 7 to June 29, 2026, the program combines structured training sessions, competitive play, and exposure opportunities.

Spring skates will take place three times per week at York Canlan:

Weekly Skates
Tuesday at 9:15 PM
Wednesday at 9:30 PM
Thursday at 9:00 PM

Sessions will be led by Head Coach Mario Cicchillo and Assistant Coach Alex Lepore, with additional guest instructors throughout the program. These will include specialized coaches focusing on defensive skills, skating, edgework, and other key areas of development.

Each session is designed to challenge players in a competitive environment while building the habits and skills required at the next level.

Participants also will have the opportunity to compete in high-level tournament, including:

Montreal Meltdown
May 28 to 31, 2026

Carnevale Showcase Tournament (Toronto)
May 15 to 17, 2026
June 12 to 14, 2026

These tournaments provide valuable exposure and competitive experience against strong opposition.

Players can also take part in the Carnevale League, running from May 24 to August 9 at Scotiabank Pond.

The league includes weekly games, tracked statistics, scouting opportunities, and playoffs, offering a structured environment for continued competition throughout the summer.

Players have flexibility in how they participate. You can register for:

• On-ice development sessions only
• Tournaments only
• Full program including skates, tournaments, and league play
