YOUR Renegades are pleased to announce our partnership with World Hockey Bridge, an important addition that we hope will strengthen player development, recruiting and our hockey operations both on and off the ice.

As part of the new partnership, World Hockey Bridge founder Sergei Peretyagin has joined YOUR Renegades as Assistant General Manager and will work alongside the club’s current management and coaching staff.

While World Hockey Bridge will help expand the organization’s international recruiting network and connect prospective players with opportunities in North York, the partnership goes well beyond recruiting.

One of the biggest benefits will be the amount of resources available to all YOUR Renegades players. Peretyagin and World Hockey Bridge will contribute to the club’s existing development program, providing another perspective on player evaluation, skill development and preparing athletes for opportunities at higher levels of hockey.

The partnership will also bring fresh ideas to the hockey operations side of the organization. By adding another experienced hockey voice to the management group, YOUR Renegades will be able to explore European approaches to tactics, player development and roster construction while continuing to build on the program already in place.

Our objective is straightforward: Continue improving the club and build a team capable of winning a Russell Cup.

For Peretyagin, his role as assistant general manager will include supporting recruiting and player development initiatives while working closely with the coaching staff to identify players who fit the direction and culture of the organization.

The addition of World Hockey Bridge also strengthens YOUR Renegades off the ice by expanding the club’s hockey network and creating additional pathways for players looking to develop their game and pursue opportunities both in Canada and internationally.

YOUR Renegades believe continued investment in development, coaching and hockey operations is essential to building a successful junior hockey program.

Welcome Sergei. Time to #SaddleUp.
