Coach Lloyd Signs New Deal with Renegades
The man leading the charge will be back behind the bench for YOUR Renegades next season.
The Renegades have announced that they have re-signed coach and GM Darryl Lloyd to a new contract. Terms of the deal were not released.
Lloyd has been coach of the Renegades since the 2018-2019 season. Lloyd, who played in the OHL with the Windsor Spitfires and enjoyed a 15-year pro hockey career, is a two-time runner up Coach of the Year and two-time Coach of the Year in the GMHL
While steering the Renegades to a 91-45-6 (including playoffs) since joining the team, Lloyd’s greatest assets are his work ethic and ability to relate to the players.
YOUR Renegades are extremely excited to have Coach Lloyd back and we are looking forward to taking another run at the Russel Cup next year!
2025 GMHL Showcase Tournament
